What is Military Appreciation Month?
Congress has designated the month of May as National Military Appreciation Month (NMAM) to honor and recognize those in the U.S. Armed Forces. The month includes several dates of military significance including: Loyalty Day (1st), VE Day (8th), Military Spouse Appreciation Day (8th), Armed Forces Day (16th), and Memorial Day (25th).
Organizations and individuals from around the country are organizing events and finding unique ways to thank military families for their sacrifice and contribution to our nation. Help honor their sacrifice today!!
